This is a plain informational site with no accounts, no logins and no personalisation, so there is very little to collect. We install no analytics package, no ad pixels and no tracking scripts of our own. What does exist is the standard record our web host keeps for every website: your IP address, the time of the request, the page requested, and the browser and device string your software sends. We do not use those records to build a profile of you, and we do not sell personal information.
Where the law provides it, and subject to its exceptions, you can ask what we hold and request access, correction or erasure. Rights to object, to restrict processing, to portability, to withdraw consent and to complain to a regulator may apply too, depending on your jurisdiction. Write to us via the Contact page and we will deal with it.
We set no cookies of our own — no analytics, advertising or preference cookies. Essential cookies may come from the provider that shields and delivers the site, purely to block abuse and keep it online. Those are technical, not advertising, cookies, and blocking cookies in your browser will not stop you reading anything here.
An outbound link to an operator may include a referral marker, which is how a visit gets credited to us. We do not learn your name from it, but referral markers, click identifiers, IP addresses and similar technical data can still count as personal information under data-protection law, so we would rather say so plainly than claim otherwise.
Our contact form is not active — it sends nothing anywhere. If you email us at one of the addresses on the Contact page, we hold your message and address for as long as it takes to deal with what you raised. You are not signed up to anything by writing to us.
This site is intended for adults of legal gambling age (18 or 19 depending on the province or territory in Canada) only. We do not knowingly collect data from minors, and we do not aim any part of this site at them.
Click through to OJO Casino or another operator and you leave us behind — their privacy policy governs everything from that point. What those companies collect is outside our control, and we can see nothing of your account, deposits or verification with them.
These pages are written for a Canada audience. To the extent they cover what we do, Canadian federal and provincial privacy law, the EU GDPR and the UK GDPR are the applicable regimes. Not every regime covers every visitor: applicability turns on where we operate and whom we address, not merely on your location at the moment of reading.
